📦 Buyer Questions

1. I purchased a product but didn’t receive the file. What should I do?

Please first check your email (including spam folder) and your Ubarstock dashboard under "My Orders." If the file is not available, open a support ticket immediately. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours or issue a refund if necessary.

2. Can I cancel my purchase and get a refund?

Since digital products are instantly delivered, refunds are usually not possible unless the product is defective, not as described, or completely non-functional. In such cases, submit a support request with evidence (screenshot or error message).

3. Can I download a product again later?

Yes. Products with lifetime or extended access can be downloaded again from your account dashboard. However, if the product is deleted by the seller or removed due to policy violation, re-download may not be available.

4. My payment is completed but the product is not delivered.

Sometimes payments take a few minutes to verify. If more than 10 minutes pass and your order isn’t confirmed, contact support with your payment ID and order details.

5. Can I message a seller directly?

No. For security and dispute protection, all communication must go through Ubarstock’s support system. This helps us keep track of issues and prevent scams or fraud.

1. How do I start selling on Ubarstock?

First, register for an account and verify your email. Then go to your dashboard and click on "Add Product." Fill in the required product details including title, description, price, and upload the digital file or link. Once approved, your product will be live for sale.

2. When do I receive my earnings?

You earn 70% of each sale. Your balance is updated once the buyer confirms delivery or after the auto-completion period ends. You can request withdrawal after reaching the minimum withdrawal limit (e.g., $10).

3. What is the commission charged?

Ubarstock charges 30% on each sale to cover platform, security, and processing costs. You get 70% directly in your store wallet.

4. How are disputes or false reviews handled?

If a buyer leaves a false review or raises an unfair dispute, you can respond via the support panel. Our team will investigate using order logs, screenshots, and other data to reach a fair decision.

5. Can I edit or remove a product after listing?

Yes. You can update the product’s title, description, price, or files at any time from your dashboard. If a product violates platform rules, it may be taken down automatically.
