1. Buyer Eligibility

2. Purchasing Digital Products

• All purchases are final once completed. Make sure to review product details, images, and seller ratings before placing an order.
• Buyers are responsible for entering correct payment details and ensuring successful payment processing.
• Instant delivery items will be available via your dashboard immediately after successful payment. For manual delivery items, wait for seller confirmation.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Since we sell digital goods, refunds are only provided under certain conditions such as:
  • Product not received after verified payment.
  • Delivered file is corrupt, unusable, or not as described.
  • Duplicate purchases due to technical error.
• Refunds will only be processed upon providing sufficient evidence within 48 hours of purchase.

• For manual or delayed delivery products, sellers have up to 24 hours to deliver (unless stated otherwise).

5. Buyer Conduct

• All buyers must interact respectfully with sellers and support staff. Abusive language, threats, or harassment may result in a permanent ban.
• Chargebacks or false disputes without contacting support first are a violation of our policy and may lead to account suspension.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes, including the purchase of stolen or hacked goods, is strictly prohibited.

6. Reviews and Feedback

• Buyers are encouraged to leave honest reviews based on their real experience.
• False, misleading, or retaliatory reviews may be removed, and the user's review privileges may be revoked.

7. Security and Account Responsibility

• Buyers must keep their account credentials secure and are responsible for any activity on their account.
• Sharing purchased products or login credentials with third parties is strictly forbidden unless explicitly allowed by the product license.

8. Disputes and Support

• If you encounter an issue with a product or seller, contact support through your account dashboard before opening a dispute elsewhere.
• We aim to resolve most issues within 24–72 hours after a valid report is submitted.

• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
