Welcome to Ubarstock! As a seller on our platform, it's your responsibility to maintain the integrity and quality of your listings. Please carefully review the following seller rules to ensure a professional, transparent, and secure selling experience.
1. Seller Registration & Store Creation
To become a seller on Ubarstock, users must register and create a store. A one-time, non-refundable store creation fee of $10 is required. This fee helps cover platform development, system security, promotion, and continuous upgrades. Store setup is instant after payment, and sellers gain full access to product upload and order management tools.
2. Product Quality Standards
- All digital products must be original, working, and clearly described.
- Accounts, files, or services listed must meet the category requirements.
- Any misleading titles, fake content, or broken files are strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Content
- No illegal, pirated, or copyrighted material is allowed.
- No malware, hacking tools, or scam-related content.
- No explicit or adult content unless specifically allowed by category and tagged properly.
4. Commission & Earnings
- Sellers will receive 70% of the product sale amount, and 30% is charged as platform commission.
- Store balance can be withdrawn once the minimum withdrawal amount is met.
- Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 days.
5. Support & Delivery
- Sellers are responsible for timely delivery of products (automatic or manual).
- Customer support must be professional and prompt if communication is needed.
- Negative feedback due to non-responsiveness can affect seller ratings.
6. Violations & Penalties
- Repeated rule violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
- Scamming or fraud will lead to instant banning and forfeiture of earnings.
