• The buyer was charged multiple times for the same item due to technical errors.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchasing a product.
• Accidental purchases.

• Crypto volatility or exchange rate concerns.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, buyers must contact us within 72 hours of purchase via email at support@ubarstock.org with the following details:

• Order ID and date of purchase
• Product title and seller name
• Detailed reason for the refund request
• Screenshots or proof (if applicable)

5. Crypto Payments & Refunds

If the original transaction was made using cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, TRX), refunds — if approved — will be processed in equivalent USD value at the time of purchase (minus transaction fees), and may take up to 5 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is denied and the buyer still disagrees, they may escalate the issue to Ubarstock's dispute resolution team. Ubarstock reserves the right to investigate and make the final decision based on platform records.

7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Repeated or abusive refund requests, chargebacks, or false claims may result in account suspension or permanent ban from Ubarstock.org. Legal action may be taken for fraudulent activities.
