Buyer Questions
1. How do I receive my purchased product? +
Most products are delivered via Instant Delivery. Once payment is confirmed, you can download your product (usually a TXT file) directly from your dashboard under "My Orders".
2. Is it safe to buy on Ubarstock? +
Yes. We use a Secure Escrow System. Your money is held by Ubarstock and only released to the seller after you receive and verify the product.
3. What if the account/product doesn’t work? +
If the product is invalid or not as described, you can open a Dispute within the verification window. Our admin team will investigate and process a refund if applicable.
Seller Questions
1. How much is the seller commission? +
Ubarstock takes a 30% platform commission. Sellers receive 70% of the total sale price added to their store balance.
2. How can I withdraw my earnings? +
You can request a withdrawal from your Seller Dashboard once you reach the minimum payout threshold. Payments are processed via the methods listed in your settings.
3. Why was my product rejected? +
All listings are moderated. Rejection usually happens due to misleading descriptions, incorrect categories, or prohibited content. Check our Seller Rules for more details.
